    I am sorry to read about your issue. Offhand, it is hard to tell what is happening. It could be as simple as the keys. A few questions to start troubleshooting this:

    1. Can you confirm you are using the latest version of the plugin?
    2. What version of WordPress and PHP are you using?
    3. When you enter the keys, can you see the actual CAPTCHA challenge in the wizard, which you should be completing?
    4. Does this happen with both v2 and v3 of reCAPTCHA?
    5. Would you be able to share a screenshot of this? Please blur out the CAPTCHA keys. Otherwise you can always send us a screenshot via email at [email protected], and make reference to this ticket in the email.
