Problem With Product Group Prices

The product group is also not included in the discount rules.

I eventually changed plugins as support seemed convinced it was fine. The new plugin resolved the issue so I’m going to purchase that.

Yes, right now the basic version of the plugin has the support for simple products. Support for the grouped products is a desired feature that would be considered for the premium version in future releases after checking the feasibility.

Ok, if that is your policy, then the switch to the other plugin makes sense.

To reiterate. I’m NOT applying the discount to the Product Group.

If I apply the discount to a simple or variable product, and they are then used to make up a Product Group, then your plugin should not impact the From and To price for the Product Group, but it does, so this is a bug not a feature request.

I’ve solved it by switching plugin and I will be purchasing the Pro version of that one.

We have cross-checked the above scenario by applying individual product discounts that can be grouped as a product. This can be achieved by a combi rule available in the premium version. Thanks for the feedback.
