Problem with product image gallery

    Hello guys, I need help with something

    We are building an ecommerce, but we are having some problems with the product gallery.

    It doesn’t matter witch configurations we choose, de product images always show like the print below:

    We really don’t know how to fix this, does anybody have the same problem?

    Hi @gcvieira,

    This looks like a display problem with the site’s theme or possibly an incompatibility with the theme and the page builder. I’d recommend switching to a default theme like Storefront temporarily to see if the gallery looks normal. If it does, reach out to the theme author for further help.

    If switching to the Storefront theme doesn’t resolve it, a full conflict test (deactivating all plugins besides WooCommerce) will be a good next step. We have a guide on that here.
