    Hi there,

i got the filter looking nice and working good,
i am using a shortcode to display the products but when i use a woocommerce product search widget it will not find any products. Even when i use the exact name of a product it will not find it. Any ideas why this is the case?

  • Hello Sjoerd

Any ideas why this is the case? – This may be a conflict with a third party software.

You tried to use the WOOF text search. In plugin settings->Extensions – https://clip2net.com/s/3G6b3k7
You can use shortcode [woof_text_filter] to show text search.

If no luck- drop me exact link to issue.

The search itself on the productpage works perfect but any other search bar will not find the products. I want a searchbar in my header that can actually find the products. If i use [woof_text_filter] in the header it will do nothing because there are no products on that page. Can i get it to redirect it to the productpage or something where it already filled the search?

    Hello

[woof_text_filter] This shortcode should redirect to the shop page ( https://c2n.me/3G9kHkY ) Try to test in native Wp theme and disable all plugins exept woo+woof
    OR
    Try this shortcode
    Example: [woof redirect=”https://www.my_site.com/test-all/” tax_only=”none” by_only=”by_text” price_filter=0 ]
    Paste your link(redirect)
