Problem with quotes (v2.7.9)

I’m seeing a semi-colon appearing after quotes in tweets…

I had a support thread a while back about this where quote showed up in tweets as — i think it was — html character entities.

So my excerpt starts: Patrick from Popehat: “It would behoove . . .

And the tweet comes out: Patrick from Popehat: “;It would behoove . . .

With that extra semi-colon after the double-quote
