    Hi guys!

    I’m trying to sync WooCommerce with Facebook. After the first configuration, where there aren’t any problems, WordPress shows this alert on the page of the configuration: ” Heads up! It looks like there was a problem with reconnecting your site to Facebook “. Moreover after the configuration there is only the page number, so pixel, business manager account and the other fields are empty. I Tried several times to reconnect Facebook with my site but the problem persist. I disabled all firewall on my site too.

    Can you help me?

    Hi there,

    Can you please try to enable the debug option in Marketing>Facebook>Connection and try to reconnect to see if any errors are logged in WooCommerce>Status>Logs?

    You’ll need to open the logs selector at the top right side of the page to see if a new ‘facebook’ log has been created there. If that’s the case, please share its contents with us here.
