Problem with reconnecting your site to Facebook

    Hi,

    cannot connect my site to facebook. Getting this error:

    Heads up! It looks like there was a problem with reconnecting your site to Facebook. Please click here to try again, or get in touch with our support team for assistance.

    Dont know what to do? Where can I find the logs? I have enabled this feature.

    This issue is usually solved when you do the following:

    • Visit your WP-Admin options page https://<your-site>/wp-admin/options.php
    • Find the following field wc_facebook_external_business_id. It may contain some value, usually like: storename-ouh3ylhlrnm0j
    • Please try to remove anything after the store name, and then try to do the connecting process.

    @solstudioim the problem isn`t solved by deleting anything after the store name.

    It can`t be deleted.
