• Mapping works great for the sub pages, but not for the root mapped domain.
LandingPages.fgls.com.au is the main WordPress domain.

    QEnergySpa.com.au -> directed to LandingPages.fgls.com.au/QEnergySpa/
however, we can only get the mapped domain if we include the page
    eg.
    https://QEnergySpa.com.au/QEnergySpa/
if we go to QEnergySpa.com.au the wordpress site will go directly to the LandingPages.fgls.com.au

So mapped domain pages are fine, but not the mapped domains themselves.
All domains are added as domains on the host directly to the same hosted folder

We have tried to add .htaccess redirects with no luck.

    Any ideas..

    Cheers

Your plugin would seem to be incompatible with really simple SSL.

We installed One Click SSL and it almost works.
However, in your settings we still have to map https://Domain.com and NOT https://Domain.com.
As for pages under each domain. Well that is still a problem.
The page name has to be the same for both the mapped domain and the local maindomain.
Have you got an email address..

please have a look at our FAQ:

Some server-setups require that you enter both the http and https version in your mappings – we will try to fix this in future releases. In the meantime, refer to the according screenshot to see the correct sequence.

in screenshot #3 you will see, that you should enter http first and then https. for each mapping.
