Problem with redirection

Problem with redirection. I uninstalled the Really Simple SSL plugin as recommended by: https://mainwp.com/how-to-cleanly-remove-the-really-simple-ssl-plugin/

Next, I selected Monitor 404 in the Backend and wanted to do a redirect to 410. Failed.
I got a warning from WordPress “The site is having technical difficulties”. In this case, WordPress has detected an error in one of the plugins used – Rank Math SEO. I can log into the administration and the site works. Only when I select Monitor 404 the redirect does not work. Please advise how to fix the problem.
