Problem with redirection in Membership site

I’ve got a membership website set up at https://travelblogsuccess.com which is a little over a year old. In the past few months, I re-organized the content and just relaunched it. My first 2 new customers are reporting the same problem, and I can’t figure out how to resolve it (especially since it’s not happening to me, or other new people I’ve given access to the site).

The WordPress 3.1 install is in the /resources/ subdirectory. On the “premium” page I have a list of lessons that link to other pages on the site. Those other pages are parent pages (ie. the “goals” page you see below…which is not a child of the “premium” page).

I have a Redirect plugin installed on the site that has 1 redirect set up. https://travelblogsuccess.com/resources/ is redirected to https://travelblogsuccess.com/resources/home

Yesterday I tried deleting the redirect, and deactivating the plugin, but the member still experienced the same problem. Below is info from one of the members having trouble. Any ideas???

https://travelblogsuccess.com/resources/premium/ <— It accepts my password just fine then…
https://travelblogsuccess.com/resources/goals/ <— I see this address for a few seconds and the page is empty white then…
https://travelblogsuccess.com/resources/index.php <— I see this one for a few seconds too with the page also empty then…
https://travelblogsuccess.com/resources/home/ <—This is where it redirects me
