Problem with “Refresh Related Post”

  • Hello team,

    The “Refresh Related Post” function does not complete the load in my installation. It stays at 76% and when I try to click “refresh” it reaches 94% but it doesn’t complete. I notice a certain slowness in the plugin settings, and I believe it is related to this. Can you help me in any way with this issue?

    Yes of course! The theme we currently use is Newspaper/TagDiv. However, for information, we have already tested the plugin active only with the default WordPress theme, and the problem still appears.

    This time I didn’t quite understand your orientation. If you are going to clear the server’s cache, this was already done in our tests and did not benefit from solving the problem. I await your more detailed guidance so that we can carry out your request. Thanks

    Hi, Sorry for the delay in response extremely. It seems it is strange. We have cross-checked the issue with the given info which is provided by you and we are unable to get the issue. Can you please help us with more info if possible, So that we will test the same and assist you to fix the issue immediately?
