Problem with refreshing the rate of basic price.

I think there is a problem with the operation, so I will report it.

When I press the woocs_get_fresh_rate button, the basic price rate should be set to 1, but it becomes zero. As a natural consequence, all product prices will be zero, so it makes me very anxious. As far as I’m aware, this problem only occurs when Japanese Yen (JPY) or Chinese Yuan (CNY) is set to the basic price, and when EUR or USD is set to the basic, there is no problem. Also, there is no problem if I start woocs_update_all_rates.

I have confirmed the same defect in both the free version and the professional version.
