problem with removing "theme my profile"

    I installed “theme my profile”. then I removed it because I didn’t like that.

    although I deleted my theme profile completely, I can’t reach my last profile page and when I go to thread: /wp-admin/profile.php , I directed to the page: /?page_id=845&action=profile

    I want my last profile page. I mean my first profile page that I had when I installed wordpress. how can I remove the current page an reach the last profile page ?
