Problem With Repeated Event Option

    Hi,

    I’m really liking Woocommerce Event Manager so far.

    I’m trying to create a recurring event starting from 03/09/2021 (Tuesday) and it would repeat every 7 days from there. But I’m having trouble with it. I’ve given a link to the recurring Webinar Event page that I’ve just recently created. The site is one of our Dev site, so it’s not our Production site and I’m currently in the process of testing stuff out.

    These are the settings I’ve set up for it to accomplish what I want, and please correct me if I’m doing it wrong.

    Ticket Type List Setting. Just one ticket:
    Ticket – Adult
    Price – $1
    Available – 9999
    Default – 0
    Reserve – 0
    Sale End Date – 03/08/2021
    Sale End Time – 11:59 PM
    Qty Box – Input Box

    Date & Time Setting. One date only:
    Start Date – 03/09/2021
    Start Time – 3:00 PM
    End Date – 12/31/2021
    End Time – 7:00 PM
    Repeated Event – 7 days
    Display Time – Yes

    Then I’ve set up two time slots:
    Afternoon 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
    Night 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

    After setting these options along with other options like Venue/Location, etc., my Ticket Type For selection is empty. If you take a look at the link I’ve provided (https://jackscompliance.hatfield.marketing/events/webinar-one/), I can’t add an Adult ticket to purchase. The only time it would show is when I remove all time slots. Is there something I might be missing?

    Thanks for your message. As the recurring addon is a PRO addon, I request you to create a support ticket in the PRO support forum on our website. The core development team will assist you to fix your problem. Only the Woocommerce Event Manager plugin’s support we provide here.
