  • Hello @romeing ,

We’ll need to take a closer look to see why this might be happening. But, this might take a little longer. Therefore, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this?

Here is what you can do to check:

    1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Seventeen, and check whether the issue persists. If yes, then it is not the theme that is causing the error.

    2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

Please let me know how that goes. I will be happy to help with any further assistance you might need.

    Hello Sweta
I think it’s a common problem (I found some similar topics on the web), I don’t know if this happens after the latest updated.
Anyway I checked it’s not a problem of theme. With the troubleshooting plugin I deactivated the plugins and the problems was still there.
What do you suggest to do?
    thanks
    A.

I have the same problem. I had tested them email form before, and it was working fine, now all of a sudden it stopped.

Tested some plug ins still did not work. I think it happened after the 5.7.1 update.

    Hello,

I have been able to replicate this issue. Whenever a reusable block was created with the plugin and added to a new page, it disappears in the editor. I have replicated this on two different WordPress installs.

    WP Version 5.7.1
    Plugin Version 1.22.1

    Hello @fectio1 and others,

We found that the issue itself from the WP5.6. But we will be checking the same to fix it ASAP.

Please check out this – https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/26421

For now, there is one trick that helps you out to convert it into the normal block.

If you edit the reusable block and save it again, then you are able to convert it to a normal block.

    Please refer to this video.

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

    Regards,
    Sweta

No, the problem is still there also if I deactivate your plugin. I think the problem happened after the last wordpress update.

    Hello @romeing ,
