Problem with Rewrite Module (Apache?)

    Hello, I’m moving my WordPress installs to an Azure VM Ubunut) Ive installed everything, WP is running but I cannot get the permalinks to operate correctly. The site operates 100% with ?p=4 if I change to the routed version, the page will load (Can view full source) but the resources (js, Css) run a continuous loop in on themselves calling 301s – Does anyone know what causes this?
