problem with rss

i try use RSS to show my website topic to others, even they could read the topic without visit my website.
my problem are these :
1-with https://www.abarmag.com/feed/ i could not show topic images in correct format :
<media:content url=”https://www.abarmag.com/wp-content/uploads/imageadress.jpg&#8221; height=”150″ width=”150″ type=”image/jpeg”/>
i used other topics and i could put the image in the RSS , <figure> in main topic, but please show me a way for add this image in correct format.

2-after reading wordpress helps, i understood i can visit special topic in RSS format, for example i try to visit this link :
https://www.abarmag.com/72082/feed/
but the RSS only show the small information, but i want to read the full topic !
please help me for fix this problem.
