  • Not certain why my support message keeps getting deleted, but the plugin is still having the same issue with the Search Widget being affected.

    Repeatedly deleting my support message is not going to resolve the fact that this plugin has some issues, which are garnering it a TWO-STAR rating.

    OK.

    Was able to figure out an UN-conventional way to get this to work:

    1) – I removed the DEFAULT Product Search widget

    2) – I downloaded and installed “Instant Search for WooCommerce

    Would be good if this plugin could be fixed so we would not have to use another plugin for assistance.

    2ND ALTERNATE SOLUTION:

    We also got the search function working by installing…

    “WooCommerce Predictive Search”

    Neither of these ‘solutions’ actually fixes the problem. If a user tries to search for a product and there are more than 2 results then my search results page defaults to showing all products!

    If I turn off the plugin the search works as expected.

    Anyone else had this issue with this plugin?

    PS: Using LITE version but that shouldn’t make a difference
