Problem with section menu

  • Hi,
    I have a problem with this plugin.
    When I try to access the menus (top left) of Column (bottom right), instead of displaying a row of icons in a black box it appears to be displaying the text equivalent. All the text strings are over-written so are undecipherable. From the first website I can see the approximate position for each icon, and if I click in the appropriate position within the black box on the second website the required action is taken.
    I can’t delete the section. How can I solve?

    Use the latest software versions : make sure WordPress, your theme and plugins are all updated to their latest versions.
    Cache plugin : if you use a server cache or cache plugin, clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    Check for plugin conflict : Install the WP official Health check plugin. Activate the troubleshooting mode. Then deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.

    The recommended way is to inspect your pages and write some CSS rules in the custom CSS setting of the live customizer to remove whitespace.
