    PROBLEM WITH ULTIMATE MEMBERSHIP PRO: 1) Double confirmation email in the registration, 2) Email sent to the password reset request 3) when I as the administrator try to check the email at: MENU => NOTIFICATIONS => CHECK EMAIL SERVER. All three of these topics have the same problem: the confirmation email does not reach the user who tries to register (1), or who tries to reset the password (2), or that I try to verify the server

    it all worked perfectly with Woocommerce and the payment system before installing Ultimate memberchip; now the payment system continues to work, but the registration email is not forwarded.

    Hi @clebersilvarosa

    Ultimate member & Ultimate membership Pro both are seprate plugins developed by different developer. If you are using the latter then contact with Ultimate membership Pro support.
