Problem with seo yoast

    I’ve got a problem after installing seo yoast! my problem is that after installing my website’s title is like : homepage – mysite name
    and before was like: mysite name – site description

    I have tried everything and it kinda drives me crazyy! Please somebody can anyone help me with this?
