Problem with set up

  • I am setting up the multiple package plug in and it breaks it down into two different shipments.

    The problem is that it only gives me shipping method on the first package. On the others, it gives me an error.

    I am using Weight Based Shipping plugin to calculate shipping and I need the second package to be free shipping.

    I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with this but I would be happy to look into it. Have you selected specific shipping methods for each of your packages or have you left the table of checkboxes blank? Sometimes it’s more reliable to give explicit permission for which methods to use in which packages.

    I’m afraid I haven’t found an issue with this on my own site so it would be helpful to know about your setup in hopes of trying to recreate the problem.
