problem with shipping method !

  • Hi ; I have a problem with shipping method parameter. I have set some rules based on shipping methods; but none of them works! Apparently,the plugin have a problem with the “shipping method” variable. I have set different rules for UPS and USPS methods and they don’t work. Other variables work flawless. Even when I want to set a rule based on shipping method; when I open the menu to select the shipping methods from the list, It shows me several “empty” option that can be selected as well! By the way, I can still select UPS or USPS method and set the rule, but none of them work. Something must be wrong with this variable.

    Hi,

    The empty values in the ‘shipping method’ condition are the global shipping method types (not individual rates). For some reason they can be empty in some scenario’s – this will be fixed in the next release.

    Many of the shipping carrier plugins allow you to set a single shipping instance, but each instance has multiple options inside too. This causes those plugins to use unique and unpredictable shipping IDs which this plugin can’t pre-define in the conditions unfortunately.

    I’ve made some improvements to this too in the next update, but it isn’t guaranteed that it will auto solve that too.
