Problem with shipping to singapore

    Using free version of weight based shipping on my website. I have an order that needs to go to singapore. I have triple checked the address and it is correct but your plugin will not let me place the order because it says there is a problem with address. Address:
    Block 47 Holland Drive
    Unit:#03-075
    Singapore, Singapore, 270047

    Please advise
