Problem with shortcode in checkout

    Hi,

    As you can see suddenly the shortcodes in my membership checkout page don’t work anymore. I disabled every single plugin, but nothing changes…
    Can you tell me what’s the problem?

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry for the issue you are facing here.

    Do these shortcodes work on other WordPress pages?

    These are not default shortcodes that come with Paid Memberships Pro and it seems you have modified your checkout page for Paid Memberships Pro.

    thanks for answering me!
    I took this website from a previous developer and the shortcodes don’t work even in the other pages.
    What should I do to set the default checkout page?

    You may use the shortcode [pmpro_checkout] on your checkout page to use the default Paid Memberships Pro checkout page.

    Unfortunately the shortcodes that aren’t working aren’t from Paid Memberships Pro, I would recommend in reaching out to the relevant plugin/developer to assist you with this.
