• Hello!
I have a problem that I haven’t found the answer. My IT who created my store also does not know how to solve it.
A few times a day my store (from the customer’s view), after entering a given product category, does not display goods. It presents only one picture of a product that is no longer on offer. Sometimes also 404 error crashes.
I catch the failure myself from Google Analytics because I see there too short link to the category.
The whole returns to normal after refreshing the settings in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products.
I’ve tried to enable and disable the plugins individually, but that didn’t solve the problem. It stops either after refreshing the settings or spontaneously after a few hours.

    Request for help.

  • Hallo,

Do you have any caching plugins (usually called “optimization”)?
Do you use a CDN? Those may also do some caching.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
Have you tried accessing the page from a few different devices?

    H!
    Yes, I have caching plugins:
    – WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache
    – Imagify

When the problem occurred, I tried to disable and enable all plugins.
    Yes, I cleaned browser cache.
My clients wrote to me that the page doesn’t work (I checked via mobile and PC)
