Problem with showing TAX in pdf file

  • Hello,

    Please help. This plugin does not show the tax. I set up tax in woocommerce and i see the taxes in the cart but not in the PDF invoice. What could be the problem?

    We’ll need a bit more information before we can help you. Have you enabled tax labels in the template settings? Did you enable VAT as a line item? Is your total including or excluding VAT?

    If you have any error logs, please send those to us too.

    the tax labels setting is found at the bottom of the template page, it is however a premium feature. You should be able to display VAT without it. Unless you provide us with some sort of error log or any indication as to what has gone wrong, we can’t really help you.

    I did not buy the premium feature. Could I put tax without the premium feature? Could you send me your email and I will provide you with access to my website.

    The tax should be shown on the free version as well.
