Problem with single quote in title and in QuickLaTeX formulas

Hi redcocker,

I have a question about pdf export in french with single quote :
First, a title with single quote is printer with & rsquo;
Second, I use QuickLateX and all variables with single quote is printed with rsquo; (without & )
