problem with slide show not showing all the time

the slide show I installed near the bottom of the site under “Our Partner” on the homepage doesn’t show up all the time, sometime it does, sometime it doesn’t. The website is https://dev2015.whistlerchamber.com. Doesn’t anyone know what that is the case? Please help!
