Problem with Slider Elements in RTL Languages
-
Hello everyone. I hope this message finds you well.
I am trying to translate my personal website into multiple languages using Polylang. It seems to be working very nice and neat, but there’s a little problem with RTL languages; they don’t show elements of the slider at the front page. I will show it with pictures.
This is the English version, the main language of the website. Everything’s fine. The button and the image are shown.
English versionThis is the German version. Again, everything is fine. The image is shown although I have not added a German version of the image you see in the background. Also, the translation I have added for the buttons in the Strings Translation of the plugin are shown flawlessly.
German versionThis is the Arabic version. As you can see, the image is disappeared from the slider. The buttons are shown, fortunately. Let me add that it’s almost impossible to get back to other versions of the website once you switch to RTL languages because you can’t choose another language from the dropdown menu of languages. You can open it and see the list of languages once you go over the “V” sign next to the current language, but you can’t click on the items because the items sort of run away from the cursor of your mouse. The moment you go down to click on the menu items, the menu is closed. This problem exists with both Arabic and Farsi versions.
Arabic versionThe last picture shows the Farsi version. Here, we can see neither the image of the slider nor the buttons translated. And the problem with the language switcher menu exists.
Farsi versionI would be thankful if you can help me with fixing this issue.
Best,
