    Hi there.

I have successfully used Intuition (and customised with a Child Theme) – but I have one solitary problem – that being that the “Slider” (present on the Home page only [which is fine]) renders incorrectly on Internet Explorer versions 10 and 11.

It seems to be clipping the slider images to 50% width (the arrows appear correctly the full width) – but with the images (and inside text blocks) down to 50% width, you are left with a 50% grey block to the right of the slider – but ONLY on IE 10.x and 11.x! (Windows 8.1).

Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Thanks!
    John.

    Mounsey,

Are you using images that are big enough? Keep in mind the background images are unscaled, so they might be getting clipped. Also, remember that you need to set them as the featured image so they’re properly used as the background.

We’ve tested in on IE10 and it looks just fine, both on boxed and fixed mode.

Hi there CPO Themes – and thanks so much for taking the time to get back to me.

I can confirm that the images are plenty big enough – and they are also the “Featured” image(s).

I am wondering if it is therefore possible that one of my custom CSS styles on my “Child” .css file is causing the rendering issue? (which is still present on my Windows 8.1 / IE11.x system).

The Site (and Slider) look perfect on all other browsers however! Weird.

Thanks again for getting back to – really appreciate it.

    John.
