Problem with Slider Revolution

Hmm, well, since Slider Revolution is a premium plugin, I don’t exactly have a copy to test with, so it’s hard to confirm and troubleshoot this issue ourselves.

If you trigger the problem on purpose, are there any JavaScript errors in your browser console when it happens? You can find guidance for checking the console here, if you need it:

Thank you for your response. The plugin came with the theme I have, and they don’t give support if it works after deactivating 3rd party plugins, I contacted them.

I activated the plugin again and watch the console, see screenshot.

Same issue here. I’ve just desabled wooCommerce Google Analytics Integration for now after 3 days searching for the problem.
Slider revolution was only working if I was logged in backend but not for other user in frontend.

It’s not the first time that this plug in create some issues. For the moment I will not use it and waiting for un update.

So I can understand this a bit more, is Slider Revolution used with WooCommerce products at all?

I’m wanting to find out how to replicate this and report as an Issue for the developers to take a look at but as this is a premium plugin, I can appreciate we’re stuck between two places here.

In my case, I only use Slider Revolution on home page and without any products at all. Just images. Is the first element on that page.

I did a bit of research on this and it looks like this may be due to legacy analytics.js code present on your site (possibly in your theme?).

When I inspected the source code on your site, I can see that analytics.js is still referenced.

1) Could you let us know if you have enabled Universal Analytics in your Google Analytics plugin?
2) Assuming your Google Analytics plugin was still disabled as of today, something else is adding this analytics.js code to your site. You may need to follow these steps to upgrade your site so that it is using the new gtag.js method

The steps I’ve followed are:
Deactivate monsterinsights previously installed when error appeared.
Add the gtag.js snippet as described to upgrade.
Activate WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin

Now revslider is visible again!, and hopefuly the GA data is being transferred to google, I’ll check in 24h to confirm everything is fine.

I’m marking this thread as resolved.

Doesn’t work for me. I’ve followed the steps to add gtag.js and reactivated the plugin. Same problem. I can see rev slider only when I’m logged in backend.
I’ve created a fresh staging copy for testing. If you want the access please let me know how I can send details. For now I need to disable the plugin again on production site archidemia.com.
