Problem with Softaculous Install of 4.3

I have a site with 4.1.7 currently installed and running properly. I have a new addon domain which has propogated and is coming up. I used Softaculous multiple times to install 4.3. The new site comes up, however there are errors in the admin side. The theme installer does not work. The page renders but none of the options brings up any theme selections. The plugin page and plugin installer comes up with an “Oops! That page can’t be found” page. The dashboard updates also come up with the “Oops! That page can’t be found” page.

I have tried Softaculous multiple times with the same result. Also have tried manual installs but they all come up with a connection error.
