Problem with stripe extension

    I’m getting an error:
    Your account cannot currently make live charges.

    Everything was fine with test version. When I transferred website and enabled payment I’m getting this error.

    Anyone can help me with this one, please?

    Hi @krstivoja

    It sounds like your Stripe account needs to be fully activated in order to accept live donations. When you log into Stripe, there is likely an alert along the top of the page to finish setting up you account.

    @benmeredithgmailcom we’re not using the premium version. The stripe account is activated and integrated the give into it but the message still says. “Your account cannot currently make live charges.” when a payment is made.

    The stripe account is active but it does say:

    “Activate your Stripe account
    Reviewing…Thanks for submitting. We’re verifying your details, which should take just a few moments.

    @cmbn2781 yup, it sounds like once your account is fully active with Stripe, you’ll be all set. Let us know if not.
