Problem with SVN

I accidently did something stupid, and now i have a tag in the repository that contains a lot of other tags.
I can not delete it because it is in conflict.
I studied the svn documentation: https://tortoisesvn.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-dug-conflicts.html
but i can not find out what to do.

The tag in conflict is:
/wp-photo-album-plus/tags/8.8.08.005

Can you delete it or tell me how to delete it?
