Problem with Swedish version 4.7.2

    I got a curious error when I did install a Swedish version of 4.7.2 (from the Swedish site), which is obvious in this link: https://presentationsproffs.se/error-when-installing-wp-network-with-swedish-version-4-7-2/

    The Swedish text occupies the menu (that shows up in English) and then the text continues in the editor area.

    I even noticed that TinyMCE with the menus above the editor did not show up.

    My server has PHP 5.5.34
    And this error came twice. I deleted the database and all WP-stuff after I first noticed this error and then reinstalled everything with the same outcome.

    Could it be something in the translation file? Or what might cause this?
