Problem with table formation

in themes/hybrid/library/css/21.css line 1,

remove vertical-align: baseline;

Get rid of the valign attribute from your td elements. It’s deprecated and shouldn’t be used.

Add vertical-align: top; to your CSS rule for the td (and th) selector:

td, th {
  border-bottom: 1px solid #CCCCCC;
  border-right: 1px solid #CCCCCC;
  padding: 3px 6px;
  vertical-align: top;
}

Should do it.
