Problem with tag. Checkout Event is Missing

If you are not using an alternative Thank You page as in that topic, missing checkout events is generally due to not enough completed checkouts.

You can test checkout events following our guide here: https://woocommerce.com/document/pinterest-for-woocommerce/#section-19

Make sure to test with a paid cart by putting the payment gateway into test mode or using something like Bank Transfer or Check Payments. Pinterest doesn’t accept free checkouts to trigger the checkout event.

Once paid checkouts are received for items in your catalog, Pinterest will mark your tag as healthy.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
