    It was working in 3.9

    Found it. I got an updated version ready within the next days which will fix this bug.
    In the meantime you can manually fix it by removing this line:

    $query->set('post__not_in', get_option('sticky_posts'));
    file: FAQ/lib/custom.php line#16
