Problem with Text charset ? ? ? ü …

Hi!
I’m having a problem,
the ?, ?, ü are not displayed, but a question mark..
I’m fetching data with mysqli from a database, but that database is with utf-8..
Any ideas?
Can I modify charset in this widget? or replace this ? ? and ü with html entities?
