problem with the affiliates dashboard page menu

Could you verify if regenerating the permalinks solves the problem? You can do it from Settings > Permalinks > Click on Save changes.

I believe that the problems, even if common to many customers, are deliberately not resolved to induce a purchase. If I don’t receive explanations, I delete the plugin, leave a negative review and buy another one.

We currently don’t have these types of menu-related issues with other clients, so it could probably be due to a conflict with your theme or some other plugin.
