Problem with the auto update from plugins

Hi,
in the passt I had every time, on all my websites,
a option to set the auto update of my flugins like here:https://snipboard.io/7Onezp.jpg
I made in the last 2 weeks four new instalations on diferent domains
and on all of them I dont the this option of auto update of my flugins:
