Problem with the Booking Calendar: Error during inserting into DB

  • Hi!

    I’m using the Booking Calendar plugin in WordPress 4.9.7 but, after filling in the form to book a date, I get this error:

    Error during inserting into DB
    [F:/wpbc-booking-new.php| L:364|V:8.4.2| DB:Table 42547fa608369a.zt_booking doesnt exist::INSERT INTO zt_booking (form, booking_type, modification_date, sort_date) VALUES (text^name1^lola~text^secondname1^flors~email^email1^[email protected]~select-one^visitors1^1~textarea^details1^17h, 1, 2018-11-26 09:31:50, 2018-11-30 00:00:00 )]

    1) Please be sure that your MySQL user (which is using in config.php file) have the rights for database creation and modification.

    If you do not sure about this, please contact support of your hosting company about helping with checking this.

    2) You can try this, after you be sure that MySQL user have the rights for tables creation:
    – Please open the WordPress > Plugins menu page in your admin panel.
    – Then click on deactivate button near Booking Calendar.
    – Then click on the Activate link under the Booking Calendar Business Small version.
    – Wait until plugin will be activated it. Test it.
