Problem with the custom post type query

  • Hi there!
    I have a problem creating a query for the Post Carousel add-on.
    I have selected the product custom post type and when I select the taxonomies (product categories) the same products are shown every time regardless the product categories are selected.

    Did anyone had this problem?
