Problem with the decimal sign on a plugin

  • Hello to all,

    I bought a plugin on themeforest and I have a problem on the back office.

    In the products, it adds the possibility to put a price for each user role on the site.

    Except that my problem is when I enter the price on the product.

    When I put the price with a comma, on the site the price does not display the rest of the decimal e.g. 16,95 becomes 16,00.

    While if I put a point the price is displayed normally.

    I would like to know how to change the decimal sign to be able to enter all my prices with a comma.

    PS: A gateway with a cash register software and connect and all prices are imported with a comma.

    You’re using a commercial/premium theme/plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products. Please follow the support link on the themeforest page from which you purchased the plugin.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
