Problem with the facebook share feature

  • Hi !

    First of all, thank you very much for this plugin that is very useful for my website !

    However, I have tried several plugins/codes for sharing my content on facebook with the button “share”. On each wordpress page, I use the php function include for putting the codes that I wrote. However, when I want to share my content on facebook, the description of the shared page on facebook is … the code that I have put on wordpress. Exemple: <?php include … ?> instead of “Article for sell !”

    I donno if it is related to the plugin or if I should do something with the facebook share function since I have tried several of them. I am still asking anyway ! ??

    I have found the solution.

    Using a plugin is not necessary: we need to create from page.php (from the theme) with the php code you want. Then you have to use as a template under wordpress when you select a template style for your page/post.
