• I have a problem with the filter.

Example: I have a shop for clothes. I now have the following 3 filter options

    1. category ( pants, T-shirt)
    2. brand (Adidas, Nike, Puma)

I now have the following products: 1 pair of trousers from all 3 brands and a t-shirt from Adidas.

If I now select “T-shirt” in the first filter, the brands Nike and Puma are not different in filter 2. This makes it look as if I also have T-shirts from Nike and Puma, although I only have T-shirts from adidas. Why are the two brands, where there is no product in combination of category & brand, not hidden?

Even a problem with the product counter. Because I have trousers from Puma, there is a 1 behind Puma (product count). But if I now select a t-shirt in the 1 category, Puma still has 1 although there is no t-shirt.

Ideally, the product counter would change dynamically so that when I select t-shirts in the 1st category, I see directly that there is only 1 adidas t-shirt and 0 of the other two.

    Hi,

The elements in the filter won’t change after selection, it is always showing based on all products listed, eg. the counters will show all products published in all Brands and all Categories, also if you select a Brand that doesn’t have items in the Categories from the filter, the filter items will still be there, but used in combination and there’s no product published will show a “products not found” notice, unfortunately we can not alter this, this is how WooCommerce works, so the counts and the filter items are always fix and not going to update based on filter selections.

Hi thanks, I have been able to find the problem.

Now I have another problem. I have created the checkout with Divi. The option for Amazon Pay is now displayed for every element (product info, payment note, etc.) and is repeated (i.e. 4 times).

During the checkout process, I was able to hide the 3 overlapping notices. But when I then pay with amazon Pay and come back to my shop from the Amazon Pay page, the information is shown 4 times again. How can this be fixed?

    Hi,

Sorry, but this doesn’t seem to be related to our plugin, or is this issue only happens with our plugin active?
