Problem with the form

I am currently setting up my site, and really liked your plugin… Though, I have a problem when testing the capture forms.

After pushing subscribe I have this nice:
Oops! There is a problem with this form:
textStatus:error
errorThrown:Not Found
responseText:

But I am not pretty sure this is my case…

Any idea what it could be?
