    Hi @dantediego,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

We couldn’t check the issue on the site as we are getting an “account suspended” error from the hosting provider.

Could you check the issue with the hosting provider and go to GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > Customise Cookie Bar > Message box, and check for any missing closing div elements? If so, include it in the message content and revisit the site after clearing the cache.

Feel free to let us know if the issue still persists and we’ll be happy to assist you with it. Hopefully, the site will be accessible to us, and the plugin will be active on the site.

    Hi @dantediego,

We looked at your website, and it seems like the shortcode for the “Accept all” button contains an error.

You can see if the shortcode [cookie_accept_all] is present in GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > Customise Cookie Bar > Message box. If not, add it, remove the wrong shortcode and recheck the banner button’s response.
