Problem with the import

    Hello, I’m creating this topic because I have a problem with importing, absolutely no way works to import, I even tried to download the example file and import it without even modifying it and it did not work. I’m in the free version, is that maybe why?

    Also, I would like to place the stars under my product name on my home page, I have made a single page site so I don’t have a product page. Is this possible? Thank you in advance for your help!

    1. Please share a screenshot of the error with import. It doesn’t require a Pro license to work.

    2. Unfortunately, our plugin doesn’t have a feature like this.

    The error message is “The CSV file contains invalid or missing column headings, please refer to the template in step 1” even when I try to import the example file without touching it.

    UTF-8 – the same as the template provided with the plugin.

    It’s good finally ! I unistall the extension and reinstall and now it works! Thanks for your help by the way !
